KANEMASA PHIL. is an original brand of a circular knitwear manufacturer based in Wakayama City, Kayama Prefecture, established by Kanemasa Mokko Co., Ltd., which was founded in 1964.
In order to preserve into the future our unique knitting machines that specialize in high-gauge knitting, jacquard machines that can freely express a variety of patterns, and the unique techniques and craftsmanship that allow us to freely operate these knitting machines, our own brand KANEMASA was born from the 2021 Spring/Summer season. *From the 23 Autumn/Winter season, the brand name will be changed to "KANEMSA PHIL." upon launching overseas.
The brand's iconic logo was designed by Clement Johant, and the design combines the historical context of the 1960s, when the company was first founded, with European culture.
Based on the concept of "FUTURE CLASSIC / FUTURE VINTAGE," we create clothes for the future that we think about "now."
