46G ETHER SHIRT - CHARCOAL

The new open-collar style is exclusively for short sleeves. Named “Ether” from its moderately modern fit silhouette that lightly envelops the wearer.

Achieved a high-density plain weave structure, similar to typewriter fabric, with a super high gauge of 46G. This fabric offers excellent stretch that makes it irresistible once worn, minimal shape changes such as wrinkles during wear, and high easy-care properties. It's a new standard shirt fabric, exclusively from KANEMASA PHIL., combining crispness, luster, and easy care.

The details adopt dress shirt specifications with all French seams and shell buttons. Due to the fabric's crispness and luster, despite being an oversized pattern, it doesn't become too casual. This is a unique, luxurious loose shirt that fuses the dressy feel created by the fabric with the casual feel created by the pattern.

The cotton yarn is made from 120/1 fine count recycled Suvin cotton, used as double-ply yarn. By using gas-gassed yarn, we suppress fluffing after washing and enhance luster. 50D high-crimp recycled nylon is used for stretch. Starting this season, our brand logo is engraved on the back of the buttons.

*French seam: A sewing method where a seam is stitched once and then folded over and stitched again, hiding the fabric edge for a smooth feel against the skin.
